ネットコンベア方式シャワ－洗浄装置
 Net-Conveyor Method Shower Cleaning System

主にフラックス・はんだボ－ル除去を目的とした洗浄装置です。
生産現場において前後の装置に取り付け可能で、インライン仕様です。
上下のノズルより純水シャワ－洗浄を行います。
洗浄・リンス・仕上げリンス・液切りブロ－・乾燥まで行います。
純水は、クローズドシステムで循環再生可能となります。
全長2.5mとコンパクトな設計となっております。

Cleaning system designed to remove flux and solder ball.
In-line sytem connectable to preceding and following process equipment. Cleaning by DIW shower from top and bottom nozzles.
Performs wash/rinse/finishing rinse/blow dry.
DIW is circulated and regenrated in closed system.
Compact design of 2.5m in total length.
