２Design and Development
- Based on the required specification, perform design review.
- Design Product using accumulated know-how and CAD.
- Implement verification of design using CAE including flow analysis .
- Able to verify Product in actual size shape of 3D prototype.
３Manufacturing Process
- Maintenance of mold is essential for the stable supply of Product. It becomes possible to provide the Product with higher accuracy by improving the mold maintenance system.
- Using 30t~1,300t injection molding machine, produce Products in various sizes and of high performance resin emphasizing quality.
- Provide the Product which hardly deforms after molding by annealing process.
- Perform not only injection molding, but also second operation.
